For several years, the design of reducers and gears has been one of Lip Srl's strengths. Alongside the expertise of the technical office, 3D design and calculation software is used for the design of reducers and gears.

The molds for manufacturing thermoplastic gears are crafted in our in-house tooling shop, leveraging decades of experience, specialization, and expertise in the field in the most effective and comprehensive manner.



The enduring adherence to a quality system, established on fundamental principles later formalized by ISO standards (L.I.P. is UNI-EN ISO 9001:2015 certified), coupled with a fully maintained control instrumentation, has enabled us to attain elevated quality standards and unwavering reliability.
